Thanks for your late reply..Under Progress?? How Long TM need time to proceed with this small jobs??? 2months? Do the action taken based on S.O.P and K.P.I or what? Do not tell us to understand your problem,bcoz we also get the problem,but who cares…we from village people only need the best service delivered to us as same as town people,if the jobs were planned based on the procedure and standard protocol this problem will not happend.

just follow up with the TMPOINT staff, they mention that they can’t do anything without “Boss instruction” and now the “boss” got meeting at Machang,do u have any difficulties to communicate among themselves while not in the office? it’s maybe if you running nasi lemak biz,so strange working with telecommnucation company but do not know how to communicate among others!!  is it what we call telecommunication company?  !! who’s the boss, did so hard for boss to give instruction after long time waiting…who’s is should do follow up? me or “boss”? i wasted so much time and cost only for this stupid things.Today is thursday..tomorrow will be holiday till this sunday,and i still need to follow up for the next coming week !! after do follow up still no action taken..just think what happened to other application especially old & village people! they will be treat like a “ball’!!!! do not make TM reputation become bad,there’s a lot of telecommunication company in Malaysia now…i’m as a customer have a right to bring this to public,let do it by tooday if not just forget about this…there’s no time for diplomacy!!

WHAT HAPPENED WITH YOUR STAFF!! AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINT THEY DID COME TO OUR LOT AROUND 5PM,BUT THEY DO NOTHING!!!!! THEY JUST PARK THE TM KANCIL CAR AND SEAT AT THE COFFEE SHOP AND DRINK.THEY NEVER ASK US UPON THIS WHILE THEY ALREADY INFORM MY MUM TO COME AND CLEAR THIS BY TODAY.AFTER 15MINUTES THEY GONE AND ONLY LEAVE A MSG TO CAR WASH STAFF TO PASS HIS HP 014 5057105 NO TO US….WHAT’S IT!!!! WHY THEY DO NOT COME IN TELL US DIRECTLY,THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL SERVES THE CUSTOMER!!!!! I’M SO TIRED TO MAKE COMPLAINT,SHOULD I TAKE THIS DIRECTLY TO HQ AND INFORM THE MANAGEMENT?

    nak transfer line tipon & streamyx ke..??
    hhmm… saya pon penah jugak face poblem yg lebeh kurang same aje…
    pindah rumah… transfer line tipon.. & streamyx… sebulan lebeh tunggu… 3 kali pergi TM Point… sampai hilang sabar….
    same la mcm awk ckp… 3 hari mase bekerja… itu aje dieorg tau cakap…
    so… tansfer lain tgu sebulan… line dah dpt transfer… tgu lagi 2 minggu… utk streamyx plak… peeghhh… hangin satu badan…. itu pon.. streamyx tu.. every 2 day saya call customer service dieorang… biar kes KIV… pas tu jgn lupe nanti… check dgn tm billing supaya dierang deduct bil streamyx awk ikut baper lame awk tak dpt internet connection dgn streamyx….
    saya pon ade ‘melepaskan geram’ kat sini psl poblem tu… hehe..
