How to Format Your Computer

1. Step 1

2. Step 2

   To format you hard disk, enter prompt A:\type format c:/s or format c: Computer will let you know if you want to format. Type Y to continue formatting process. 3. Step 3

If you have the diskette, insert the disk into Floppy A and PROMPT A: types INSTALL and enter.
   1. After finished the process, PROMPT C: types MD WIN98 and press enter. (MD mean ‘MAKE DIRECTORY’ this is important because you have to make directory to C: before copying process.
   2. Insert CD MICROSOFT WINDOW98 and change PROMPT C: to PROMPT E: (make sure the name you prompt is the same name of you CD-ROM directory).

4. Step 4

   After the process is finish. Change back PROMPT E: to PROMPT C:
   For setup window installer, PROMPT C: types CD WIN98 and press enter. Then you will see the command change to C:\WIN98>. Then types SETUP or SETUP IS/ ID/ IQ/ IM and press enter. Then installing process will begin. Set back and relax.

Operating System I borrow this from my friend who then install it on my laptop with the specifications:

• Processor Intel Core2Duo T5500 1,6 Ghz
• Memory 1 GB
• Intel GMA 965
• Hardisk 160 GB
